Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the event that:

• The item arrives damaged or defective, or

• You receive the incorrect item

If this occurs, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide proof (such as photos and order details). Approved exceptions will be handled at our discretion.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at fasanishop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Returning your item: You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
